Refund Policy
At CleanNest DFW, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services and a positive customer experience. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds, credits, or re-cleans may be offered.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service you received, you must notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning.
We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
A re-clean must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued in specific circumstances, such as:

The cleaning was not completed as described and issues cannot be resolved with a re-clean

We are unable to provide the service due to a mistake on our end

Significant service failures verified by our management team
Refunds are evaluated case-by-case and are typically processed to the original payment method.
3. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:

Dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after the service

Pre-existing damage or conditions in the home

Situations outside our control (cluttered spaces, unsafe conditions, lack of access, etc.)

Customer failing to provide accurate information at booking

Missed appointments due to customer error

Areas not included in your chosen service package
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.
5. Move-In / Move-Out Cleanings

These services follow stricter criteria due to the detailed nature of the work.
Refunds are generally not provided, but re-cleans may be offered within 24 hours if: -
The home is empty

Conditions are the same as the initial inspection

No new dirt, debris, or traffic occurred between the service and the re-clean
6. Cleaning Access & Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable (e.g., excessive clutter, infestation, biohazards).
In such cases, refunds may be partial or not issued, depending on time spent onsite.
